Just like night turns to day,
We went our separate way.
Holding you in my heart,
I know we'll never really part,
But still, I can't help missing you.
Through trials and torture we fought,
The greater good you always taught.
In the furthest lands were we
When I left you to be free,
But still, I can't help missing you.
Words of wisdom you left
As you put my heart to the test.
