Love
As I am engulfed by your kiss
And feel your embrace,
For the first time I feel what real love is.
For the first time I know what it is to love.
No longer needy,
No longer trying to impress anyone,
No longer feeling my pain inside.
You take away all my cares;
You take away all my doubts.
Along with you, family, friends
And above all, God,
I realize I have always been loved.
